Raw Materials We Use
At BS & Sons Biofuels Pvt. Ltd., we use a wide range of renewable and eco-friendly raw materials to produce premium-quality biodiesel. Each feedstock is responsibly sourced to ensure consistent fuel performance, long-term sustainability, and minimal environmental impact. By utilizing natural plant oils, recycled cooking oils, acid oils, and organic animal fats, we support a circular energy system that reduces waste, conserves resources, and significantly lowers carbon emissions.
Plant-Based Oils
We use various plant-derived oils such as Jatropha, Karanj, Sunflower, Soybean, Mustard, and Canola/Rapeseed. These oils provide excellent biodiesel conversion rates, promote agricultural growth, and support rural economies.
Acid Oils & By-Products
Our process also includes Rice Bran Acid Oil, Cotton Seed Acid Oil, Mustard Acid Oil, and Soybean Acid Oil. These by-products are efficiently converted into clean biodiesel, ensuring minimal waste and maximum sustainability.
Animal Fats & Natural Lipids
We also utilize beef tallow, pork fat, poultry fat, and other natural lipids. These fats are ideal feedstocks for producing biodiesel with excellent combustion properties and low emissions.
Recycled Waste Oils
We collect and recycle Used Cooking Oil (UCO) and restaurant grease, converting waste materials into clean, renewable biodiesel. This environmentally responsible process reduces pollution, prevents improper disposal, and minimizes landfill burden.
By transforming waste into valuable energy, we actively support circular economy practices and contribute to a more sustainable, resource-efficient future for industries and communities.
